General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code – BGB) via the online shop White Yoga.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory value-added tax (VAT) and are subject to the stated shipping costs.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.


5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by you within the delivery times specified by us.

Information on shipping costs and delivery times can be found in our Shipping Conditions.

Partial deliveries are permitted provided they are reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be incurred as a result.


6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.


7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.


9. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Any further liability is excluded.


10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

However, we always endeavor to resolve any disagreements amicably through direct communication with our customers.


11. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence shall remain unaffected.
