The German version of the withdrawal policy is legally binding.
Simple return guide
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Please send the item(s) back within 14 days after telling us that you want to return them.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If we provide you with a return label and you choose to use it for your return, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.
No additional handling fee will be charged for exercising your legal right of withdrawal.
Condition of returned items
Please return the item(s) unworn, unwashed, clean and, where possible, with all labels and in the original packaging.
This is not a requirement for using your legal right of withdrawal.
You may try the item on, just as you would in a shop. However, if an item has been used beyond what is necessary to check its fit, quality and condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value.
This may apply, for example, if an item is worn, washed, damaged, stained, smells of perfume, deodorant, smoke or other odours, or shows other signs of use.
Refund
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we will only refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. The additional cost will not be refunded.
If you only return part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
We will use the same payment method you used for your original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
