Shipping Conditions

Shipping Area

We currently deliver to Germany as well as to the member states of the European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are currently:

• Germany: €4.95

• European Union: €9.95

All prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place:

• Within Germany: approx. 3–5 business days

• Within the European Union: approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping is usually carried out by an established shipping service provider (e.g. DHL).

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete.

Partial Deliveries

If we are unable to ship an item immediately, we reserve the right to dispatch orders in partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be charged as a result.

Shipping outside our current delivery area

We currently ship within the European Union.

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us before placing an order. We will check individually whether shipping is possible and which shipping costs, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless they are expressly shown at checkout.
